WATERPROOFING
Flawless waterproofing can be one of the most difficult results to achieve in construction. It has to keep water away from the material you are trying to protect…period. That means no cracks, no holes, no anything that would let water through.
We are pleased to offer Carlisle CCW 500R and BarricoatTM–S membrane systems.
The CCW 500R is a 215-mil, hot-applied, rubberized asphalt membrane for use on flat surfaces. Its most common uses are in: split slab construction, roof planters and terraces, garage floors, decks and green roof planting systems. “Bomb proof” may be stretching it a little, but it’s a common phrase we use to attest to its quality. Composed of 30% pre-consumer material, it can also help with attaining LEED® credits in new construction.
BarricoatTM–S is a 60-mil, spray-applied, seamless, monolithic, asphalt membrane and vapor barrier for use on vertical surfaces at or below grade, such as on foundation walls. As a spray applied product it is an excellent choice for projects where speed of application and mobility are key to efficiency. It can be used on green concrete and damp surfaces, reducing jobsite downtime; as well as other rough and/or porous surfaces.
